What happens on pickup day

Items we can include
Televisions (CRT, flat-panel, projection), desktop computers and laptops, monitors, printers and copiers, servers and networking gear, phone systems, stereo equipment, microwaves, small appliances with circuit boards, cables, and chargers can be reviewed. Disclose size, condition, and any special handling requirements.
What we don't take: concrete, dirt, soil, sand, gravel, masonry, or similar dense bulk aggregate and heavy construction rubble, including in mixed loads. Keep these materials out before requesting a quote. Ordinary heavy furniture and appliances are not excluded just because they are heavy. E-waste mixed with eligible general junk can be reviewed; excluded materials must remain out of the load.
Paint, chemicals, solvents, and batteries must not be included. They should be handled through appropriate local hazardous-waste programs.
