What we collect

• Contact details — the phone number, and where you provide it, the name and email address you enter to get a quote or book a pickup.
• Job details — the pickup address, the items on your list, and any photos you send or upload so we can price the job.
• Booking and payment records — what was scheduled, what it cost, and the invoice status.
• Basic site analytics — pages visited and referral/campaign parameters (for example, which ad or search brought you here), used to understand which channels actually produce bookings.

How we use it

We use your information to quote your job, schedule and complete the pickup, send you booking confirmations, reminders and status updates, invoice you, and answer your messages. Photos you send are used to estimate volume and price, and to confirm the job at completion.

Text messages and consent

When you give us your number to request a quote or book, you agree to receive text messages from Baka Junk Removal about that quote or booking. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to any message to opt out of further texts, or HELP for help. Opting out of texts does not cancel a booking — call us at (747) 758-4330 to change or cancel a scheduled pickup.

Who we share it with

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for anyone else's marketing. We share only what is needed with the service providers that run parts of our operation:

• Our customer messaging and scheduling platform, which stores your contact record and message history.
• Our text-messaging carrier, to deliver SMS to your phone.
• QuickBooks, which processes card payments and issues invoices. Card details are handled by QuickBooks — we do not store full card numbers.
• Our hosting and database provider, which stores booking records.
• Analytics and advertising measurement services, for the site-usage data described above.

We may also disclose information where the law requires it.

How long we keep it

We keep quote and booking records for as long as we need them to service the account, handle follow-up work, and meet tax and accounting obligations.

Your choices

You can ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Call or text (747) 758-4330 or email bakamoving@gmail.com and we'll handle it. We may need to keep records tied to a completed, invoiced job.

Children

This site is intended for adults arranging a service. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
