Quotes and pricing

Prices quoted from photos or an item list are based on the volume and items you show us. If what's on site matches, the price holds. If there is materially more material, heavier items, or access conditions we couldn't see (long carries, stairs beyond what was described, blocked access), we will tell you the revised price before we load, and you can approve it or decline.

Prices include labor, loading, hauling, disposal and cleanup unless we state otherwise in writing. A minimum charge applies to every job.

Online discount

Where an online booking discount is shown, it applies to bookings completed through this website and is reflected in the total you see before you confirm. It does not stack with other offers.

Scheduling

Pickups are scheduled in arrival windows, not exact times. Traffic, dump-site queues and prior jobs can shift a window; we contact you if it moves. We may need access to the property and, where applicable, permission from the property owner or manager.

Changes and cancellations

You can modify or cancel a booking free of charge up to 24 hours before your scheduled pickup, through the Manage My Booking page or by calling us. Cancellations made on the day of the scheduled pickup are subject to a fee of 50% of the booking total, which covers the reserved crew and truck time.

What we can't take

We cannot haul hazardous materials — including paint, solvents, chemicals, asbestos, fuel, oil, propane tanks, ammunition or medical waste. If items like these are in the load, we will leave them and price the rest. Tell us in advance if you're unsure.

Your items

Once loaded, items are considered abandoned to us and are donated, recycled or disposed of. Please check the load before we leave — we cannot retrieve items after disposal. You are responsible for removing personal belongings, documents and data from anything you ask us to take.

Payment

Payment is due on completion unless we've agreed to invoiced terms for a commercial account. Card payments are processed through QuickBooks. Invoices past due may be subject to collection.

Insurance and liability

We are licensed and insured and we work carefully in occupied properties. Our liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the job in question, except where the law does not allow that limit.
