Couch, dresser, bed frame, the entertainment center that has to go — Baka Junk Removal removes approved furniture from Burbank homes. Text photos and describe the full carry-out path. Scope, price, and an open pickup window are confirmed before work; same-day pickup is available only when a slot is open.
Burbank splits two ways, and both generate furniture jobs. The bungalow belt — 1940s–50s single-story homes around Magnolia Park, the hillside streets, and the Rancho district — has narrow doorways, low eaves, and short driveways. Getting a sectional out of a 1948 living room without gouging the doorframe is skilled work; photograph the doorways along with the furniture when you text for a quote.
Apartment buildings along Alameda, Olive, and Hollywood Way, plus smaller courtyard buildings, can have elevators, stair carries, and restricted parking. Photograph the access and share the floor, elevator rules, driveway, or alley details so the truck staging and carry-out plan can be reviewed.
Production workers may move between furnished rentals, leaving a couch, bed, dresser, or desk to remove between tenants. List the complete set and text photos; an apartment furniture set is not automatically a quarter-truck load.
Describe the full load and access, or text photos. Baka confirms the approved scope, truck-space tier, price, and an open pickup window before work. Item examples are illustrative; the full load determines the approved tier.
Small load — $175: armchair, nightstand, small dresser.
Quarter truck — $249: couch or loveseat, or a mattress set.
Half truck — $495: a full living room set or several large pieces.
Full truck — $989: whole-house furniture clear-out — up to 32 cubic yards.
Eligible materials are routed to appropriate recycling or e-waste channels when available, based on the items and their condition. Non-recyclable waste goes to an appropriate disposal facility.
Book at /book or text (747) 758-4330 with the full item list and photos of the load and access. Include stairs, gates, elevators, tight turns, parking, and any building access requirements. Baka confirms scope, price, and an open pickup window before work. Same-day pickup is available only when a slot is open. The crew removes only the approved items.
Sofas, sectionals, loveseats, recliners, armchairs, dressers, bed frames, headboards, nightstands, desks, dining sets, bookshelves, entertainment centers, patio furniture, and exercise equipment can be reviewed. Pianos and other specialty items require scope and access review before acceptance.
What we don't take: concrete, dirt, soil, sand, gravel, masonry, or similar dense bulk aggregate and heavy construction rubble, including in mixed loads. Keep these materials out before requesting a quote. Ordinary heavy furniture and appliances are not excluded just because they are heavy.
Paint, chemicals, solvents, and batteries must not be included. They should be handled through appropriate local hazardous-waste programs.
