The garage was supposed to hold cars. Instead it holds years of boxes, a dead treadmill, and things nobody uses anymore. Baka Junk Removal removes approved contents from Burbank garages. Mark what stays and describe the full load and access; scope, price, and an open pickup window are confirmed before work.
Burbank's housing tells the story: 1940s–60s bungalows and ranch homes with single-car garages and detached workshops, especially in the hillside neighborhoods and around Magnolia Park. The garages are small, the driveways are short, and the accumulation is dense — studio-era furniture, entertainment-industry props and set pieces (this is Burbank, after all), kids' outgrown everything, and the obligatory broken exercise bike.
Before booking, identify what stays and what can go. Photograph the garage, detached workshop, driveway, and any side-yard items. Share driveway clearance and legal street parking so Baka can review where the truck can stage and how the approved items will be carried out.
Paint, chemicals, solvents, and batteries must not be included. They should be handled through appropriate local hazardous-waste programs.
Describe the full load and access, or text photos. Baka confirms the approved scope, truck-space tier, price, and an open pickup window before work.
Small load — $175: up to about 4 cubic yards of approved items.
Quarter truck — $249: up to about 8 cubic yards of approved items.
Half truck — $495: up to about 16 cubic yards of approved items.
Full truck — $989: up to 32 cubic yards of approved items.
Garage floor area does not determine the load tier. Include every item and the access path for review. Eligible materials are routed to appropriate recycling or e-waste channels when available, based on the items and their condition. Non-recyclable waste goes to an appropriate disposal facility.
Book at /book or text (747) 758-4330 with the full item list and photos of the load and access. Include stairs, gates, elevators, tight turns, parking, and any building access requirements. Baka confirms scope, price, and an open pickup window before work. Same-day pickup is available only when a slot is open. The crew removes only the approved items. Identify keep and go items before loading; the crew sweeps the approved cleared work area.
Boxes and general clutter, old furniture, mattresses, exercise equipment, tools, bikes, toys, yard tools, appliances ready for removal, electronics, and eligible light workshop debris such as lumber and drywall offcuts can be reviewed.
What we don't take: concrete, dirt, soil, sand, gravel, masonry, or similar dense bulk aggregate and heavy construction rubble, including in mixed loads. Keep these materials out before requesting a quote. Ordinary heavy furniture and appliances are not excluded just because they are heavy.
Paint, chemicals, solvents, and batteries must not be included. They should be handled through appropriate local hazardous-waste programs.
